1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Slots16 ("we", "us", "the platform"). 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Slots16 — whether on Cricket, PSL matches, Football, Esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

For live casino games, the result displayed on screen after each round is the official outcome. In the unlikely event of a technical fault during a live game session, Slots16 will review the round and settle it fairly based on available evidence from the game server logs. The platform's decision in such cases is final.

• Slots16 uses verified game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each slot or table game are available from the game information panel.
• In-play betting odds update in real time. Slots16 cannot be held responsible for technical delays on the player's device that result in a bet being placed at a different price than expected — the accepted price at server confirmation is the final price.

• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds from unlawful sources
• Using another person's account or payment method without their full knowledge and consent
• Attempting to access the platform from regions where online gaming is specifically blocked by Slots16's operational policies
• Reverse engineering, hacking or attempting to interfere with the platform's software, servers or databases
• Exploiting known game bugs or miscalculated odds — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided regardless of whether the player was aware of the error

Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach of Terms, the associated balance will be frozen during investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned in full.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine, unwagered real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Slots16 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. In all cases, Slots16's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
